Creagh Schoen is a life-long Oregonian. She grew up in Eastern Oregon where she enjoyed living in a small town surrounded by the beauty of wheat fields and the Blue Mountains. She attended Oregon State University and Oregon Health & Science University to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Geoffrey Xiao is a nationally board certified Physician Assistant. He earned Bachelors of Science degrees from the University of California Riverside in Biochemistry and then the University of Utah in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
